What does Wicklow handle, and what does StoryBright handle?
Judith and David oversee the estate, accommodations, and hospitality surrounding your stay. StoryBright guides the wedding itself—but we do so as a team that already knows Wicklow, understands its philosophy, and works closely with its owners. Together, we connect the hospitality and wedding sides so the entire weekend feels like one thoughtfully integrated experience.
Is planning and coordination included?
Yes! The experience includes planning and wedding-day coordination, from shaping the initial vision through managing the timeline and vendor team on the wedding day. If your plans eventually require expanded events, additional staffing, or services outside the included scope, we’ll identify those needs with you in advance.
Are our other wedding vendors included?
Third-party vendor services and costs are separate, but our role goes far beyond sending you a list of names. We curate recommendations around your vision and Wicklow plans, help evaluate proposals, and bring each selected vendor into the larger communication, timeline, and logistical plan. You make the final selections and contract with and pay each vendor directly.
What if our wedding doesn’t follow a traditional format?
That is often where our approach is most valuable! We begin with how you want the wedding and weekend to feel, then design the ceremony, celebration, traditions, private moments, and timeline around you—not around a standard wedding template.
Can we add highlights film or additional weekend coverage?
Yes. Highlights film, welcome gathering or rehearsal-dinner coverage, additional photography, and other expanded coverage can be included when appropriate. We’ll discuss what would meaningfully support your plans during the consultation.
Is the ceremony run-through included?
Yes. The experience includes one ceremony run-through of up to 90 minutes on the evening before the wedding, allowing everyone to understand the flow and feel prepared without making the rehearsal overly rigid.
