Immersive multi-day wedding experiences designed around meaningful places, outdoor exploration, and time that feels fully your own.
Whether you’re gathering for a long weekend or spending a full week somewhere beautiful, the wedding does not have to feel like one isolated event.
It can be surrounded by the kind of experiences that make the whole trip feel meaningful: boutique lodging, memorable meals, time outdoors, scenic places, quiet mornings, and unhurried time with the people who matter most.
For couples who want the whole trip to feel intentional — not just the wedding day.
We help shape the rhythm of the trip — where you stay, how the days flow, what you experience, and how the wedding fits at the center of it all.
You want to remember more than a single wedding day.
You want the trip itself to feel intentional, not pieced together.
You love the idea of getting away somewhere beautiful — whether it’s just the two of you or your closest people.
You want help choosing the region, lodging, experiences, and flow.
You feel like you need something between a wedding planner, travel advisor, local guide, and photographer.
You want the feeling of a destination wedding without a cookie-cutter resort package.
This might be the right fit for you if:
✧ ✧ ✧
Imagine arriving somewhere beautiful and already having a sense of rhythm to the experience.
A welcome dinner. A meaningful wedding day. A private adventure. A waterfall hike or scenic drive. A memorable dinner. A family gathering. A quiet morning on the porch. A sunset you did not have to research yourself.
The goal is not to fill every hour.
The goal is to shape the experience so the whole trip feels connected, personal, and worth remembering.
Your wedding becomes the anchor.
The time around it becomes part of the story.
What does this feel like?
More than a wedding day.
Not a packed itinerary.
Not a resort package.
A wedding experience woven into the place itself.
Before we talk locations, lodging, or activities, we help clarify what kind of experience you actually want — peaceful, adventurous, family-centered, celebratory, slow-paced, exploratory, or somewhere in between.
Vision & Experience design
We help narrow the overwhelming number of options by researching providers, experiences, and local pieces that actually fit the vision — then guide you toward the decisions and bookings that make the most sense.
Vendor & Experience research
If guests are part of the trip, we help think through how your guests move through the experience, what they need to know, and how the trip can feel welcoming without making you responsible for hosting everyone the whole time.
Guest flow & Hospitality guidance
From waterfalls and scenic drives to private dinners, guided tours, rafting, kayaking, brewery tours, and quiet places to gather, we help recommend experiences that fit the rhythm and personality of your trip.
Curated local experiences
We help identify specialty lodging, Airbnbs, small venues, private estates, or destination hubs that support the larger experience — not just the ceremony.
Lodging & Property direction
How We Guide You
At the center of it all is still the wedding itself — thoughtfully designed, beautifully photographed, and woven into the larger experience.
Wedding day & Storytelling coverage
The first question is not always “which venue?” but “what place best supports the experience you want?” We help think through regions, environments, access, season, guest needs, and what each place can realistically offer.
Destination & Region guidance
You don’t need to know exactly where to go, where to stay, or how the whole trip should fit together.
We guide you through the bigger picture — starting with how you want the entire experience to feel.
This is not about turning your wedding into a packed travel itinerary or a luxury production.
And we are not here to fill every hour of your trip.
Our role is to help shape the experience — researching, curating, and guiding the pieces that matter most so the trip feels cohesive, personal, and grounded.
We do the heavy lifting of finding the right direction, narrowing the options, and helping you understand what makes sense. Then we guide you toward the decisions and bookings that fit your experience best.
Curated, not a production.
The goal is not more for the sake of more. The goal is an immersive destination wedding experience that feels connected, supported, and deeply personal.

Real Curated Destination Wedding Stories
A curated destination wedding experience is shaped around the couple, the place, and the kind of time they want to share.
Naomi & Scott
Pretty Place Wedding & Blue Ridge Destination Experience
These stories show two ways a wedding can become part of a larger destination experience — still personal, still nature-centered, and still fully your own.
A full week with family, friends, shared meals, and meaningful places.
A multi-day adventure built around lodging, landscape, and time to actually experience the destination.
Naomi and Scott’s Pretty Place wedding became part of a full week in Greenville and the Blue Ridge. We helped them think beyond the ceremony itself — shaping a week of curated dinners, meaningful time with family, a sunrise mountain experience, a private waterfall adventure, and a next-day photo journey through downtown Greenville and Falls Park.
Their story is a strong example of what happens when the wedding becomes the anchor for a full destination experience with loved ones.
Blue Ridge Mountains Destination Wedding
Colorado Destination Wedding
Lauren and Sam’s Colorado Airbnb wedding shows how this approach can extend beyond the Blue Ridge. Their two-day experience included a private lakeside Airbnb ceremony at 10,000 feet, canoe vows, a taco dinner, an alpine lake picnic, scenic overlooks, and sunset at a high mountain pass.
Their story shows the destination side of what we create: lodging, landscape, ceremony, adventure, and meaningful time for each other and guests woven into one immersive experience.

Curated Destination Wedding FAQs
Can this be added to either an elopement or an intimate wedding?
Yes. This is not a separate wedding type as much as a deeper experience-design layer. It can be added to a private adventure elopement, a guest-inclusive intimate wedding, or a multi-day wedding story when you want the larger trip shaped around the wedding too.
Is this only for couples with guests?
No. This experience is not defined by guest count. It is defined by scope. If it’s just the two of you, you can still choose a curated destination experience when you want more than a single wedding day — whether that means a multi-day adventure, a full week somewhere beautiful, or a trip thoughtfully shaped around your vows.
Is this different from your two-day package?
Yes. A two-day package adds more design & photography coverage around the wedding story. A curated destination experience adds a deeper layer of planning and curation around the larger trip — lodging direction, regional guidance, guest flow, local experiences, and the rhythm of the time surrounding the wedding.
Do you book everything for us?
We help research, curate, recommend, and guide the experience. In many cases, we bring options close to the booking point, then you make final bookings directly with providers when needed.
Where do you offer this?
We focus on regions where we can confidently guide both the wedding and the surrounding experience, including Western North Carolina, Upstate South Carolina, East Tennessee, parts of Virginia, North Georgia, the South Carolina Lowcountry, select areas of Florida, and Colorado.
How many days can this cover?
This can range from a multi-day wedding story to a full destination week with curated experiences surrounding the wedding. Some couples want us present for multiple days of coverage, while others want help shaping the full trip with key wedding and adventure moments documented. We shape the scope around the experience.
Is this a full wedding planning service?
Not in the traditional large-wedding production sense. We specialize in intimate outdoor wedding experiences — typically up to around 40 guests — with destination-style flow, location guidance, guest-aware design, and storytelling.
If you’re planning a larger, more traditional event, you’ll likely need a dedicated planner or coordination team. But if you’re creating something smaller, outdoor-centered, and experience-driven, that’s where we’re strongest.
✧ ✧ ✧
You do not need to know exactly where to go, where to stay, or how it should all fit together.
You just need a sense of how you want the whole experience to feel.
We’ll help shape the rest.
