We build the master plan, make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when, communicate the details, and keep the moving pieces aligned as your day approaches.
Timeline + vendor coordination
Your all-inclusive experience includes the essential people and details needed to bring the day together — including your officiant, personalized bouquet and boutonnière, and a simple celebration cake.
We source, communicate with, and coordinate the included providers so you don’t have to.

We helped them find an elopement-friendly mountain Airbnb, shaped the ceremony and timeline around the waterfall setting, and brought together the florist, picnic team, hair and makeup, and other details that made the day feel unmistakably theirs.
Their story moved from a quiet first look and waterfall ceremony, to a private charcuterie picnic, mountain-lake portraits, and finally champagne around the fire back at their cabin.

Is this a pre-designed elopement package?
Not at all. We begin with your vision, then shape the location, timeline, ceremony, and overall experience around the two of you. The all-inclusive part is about making the planning and coordination simpler — not making your wedding more generic.
What’s included in the all-inclusive experience?
Your StoryBright planning and photography, location research and logistics, custom timeline, officiant, personalized bouquet and boutonnière, a simple celebration cake, and coordination of the included wedding team. We bring those pieces together around one shared plan so you aren’t managing everyone yourself.
Can we add hair and makeup, a luxe picnic, private chef, Highlights Film, or other vendors?
Absolutely. We can help source and coordinate additional services that fit your experience. Some optional enhancements may be contracted and paid directly with the provider, but StoryBright stays connected to the communication, timeline, and logistics so you aren’t left acting as the middleman.
Can we bring guests?
Yes. Our all-inclusive elopement experience is designed primarily for just the two of you or a very small gathering. If you’re bringing more guests, tell us what you’re imagining and we’ll help determine whether all-inclusive or one of our Intimate Wedding Experiences makes the most sense.
Do we book our own travel and lodging?
Yes. You’ll book your flights and lodging directly, but we can help you think through where to stay, driving times, Airbnb or property considerations, airport options, and how those decisions fit into the experience we’re creating.
What if we don’t know where to start?
You're exactly who this experience is designed for! You don’t need to come to us with a location, vendor list, timeline, or complete plan. Start with how you want the day to feel, and we’ll help build the rest around that.
