An Elopement in Asheville NC Experience
Clarin & Bobby – Part 3
Along with photography of their elopement day together, we created a highlights film for Clarin & Bobby. We weaved together shots of their day with their story of hoping & waiting, then finally finding each other.
Our day started at Dill Falls, which was a cool break from a hot August afternoon. We really enjoyed seeing them relax and take in such a beautiful waterfall! (Learn more about Dill Falls as an outdoor wedding spot in this post).
Then we drove to Black Balsam Knob, just a few minutes away – and took some time in the calmness of the grove to enjoy a picnic we setup for them. Clarin even remarked … “not even cathedrals compare to this!”
After sharing a few words and reflecting on their journey from single to discovering each other – we hiked up above the grove to see the expansive views. Celebrating with champagne, experiencing the sun piercing the sky after such a cloudy day – we were blessed to have such a beautiful day before us.
